Terms of Service

1 · Female clients only
Wadee provides in-home massage to female clients only. This is a firm safety policy — Bee travels to clients' homes alone. Partners and family may be present in the home, but the session itself is one-to-one with a female client. Bookings made for or by male clients will be cancelled and refunded in full.
2 · Service area
Services are provided within Greater Christchurch, New Zealand only, as shown on the Service Area map. Outer zones carry a flat travel fee displayed before payment. Services are provided in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
3 · Payment
Payment is 100% upfront online via Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) in NZD. Paying at booking is what reserves Wadee's time and travel. There is no cash or EFTPOS option on the day.
4 · Cancellation & refunds
Refunds are automatic, based on when you cancel relative to your session start:
• More than 24 hours before — 100% refund
• 12–24 hours before — 50% refund (by phone only)
• Under 12 hours, or no-show — no refund
Refunds are returned to your original card via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
5 · Rescheduling
• More than 24 hours before: reschedule free, self-serve, via your private booking link.
• 12–24 hours before: web changes are locked — call Wadee on +64 20 477 7134.
• Under 12 hours: no changes; treated as a late cancellation.
If Wadee must cancel (illness, emergency, unsafe weather), you receive a full refund or a priority rebooking — your choice.
6 · Your home & safe access
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property, a clear 2.5 × 2 m floor space, and to secure pets that may interfere with setup. Wadee may end a session without refund if she feels unsafe or if anyone in the home behaves inappropriately.
7 · Health disclosure
Massage is not a substitute for medical care. You agree to disclose relevant conditions (pregnancy, surgery, injuries, allergies, blood pressure) in the booking notes. Prenatal sessions are only available from 14 weeks of pregnancy.
