Why plans are firm

Wadee blocks out your session, the setup and pack-down around it, and the drive to your suburb. A late cancellation usually can't be re-filled, which is why refunds step down as the session gets closer.

How to cancel

Use the private link in your confirmation email (no login needed). More than 24 hours before your session, cancelling there refunds 100% automatically.

Between 12 and 24 hours before, online changes are locked — call Wadee on +64 20 477 7134 and she'll process the 50% refund.

Rescheduling instead

Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before — often the better option. Pick any open slot via your private link; your payment carries over and nothing extra is charged.

If Wadee cancels

If Wadee has to cancel (illness, emergency, unsafe weather) you'll be offered a full refund or a priority rebooking — entirely your choice.
