What we collect
When you book a session, we collect exactly four things: your first name, your mobile number, your email address and your home address. If you add notes (injuries, allergies, access instructions), those are stored with your booking too.
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. Wadee never sees, stores or has access to your card number.
Why we collect it
Your details are used for one purpose only: to dispatch Wadee to the address you booked, at the time you booked, and to contact you about that booking (confirmation, reminder, changes).
Your information is never sold, never shared with third parties for their own purposes, and never used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Who processes your data
We use a small set of service providers to run the booking system: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email) and Google Maps (address lookup and travel time). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention & deletion
Booking records are kept for 24 months for accounting and tax purposes, then anonymised (name, contact details and address removed). Notes are deleted once the booking is more than 12 months old.
You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion at any time — email booking@pbee.co.nz and we'll action it within 10 working days.

Wadee Thai Massage Ltd handles all personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its thirteen Information Privacy Principles. If you have a concern about your privacy, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
